At Dr Rodrigo Teixeira, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policy. We require 72 hours for an appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Patients booking a consultation are required to pay the full consultation fee at the time of booking to secure their appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled consultation/appointment the full fee is non-refundable. This policy ensures we can manage our appointment schedule effectively and accommodate other patients on our waiting list. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice may be required to prepay for all future appointments.
Appointment Confirmations
We send an SMS reminder 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your booking by replying to the message or by calling us at (03) 9000 3800. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy below.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us at (03) 9000 3800 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, which could be subject to cancellation fees.
